Remember all offers are for arrivals on Mondays,Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays only.   If you cannot find what you want - please email or phone us (01636 674663). To find the best price, sometimes it is good to split the booking into 2 parts, for example, if you wish to stay for 7 nights Try 3 nights arriving Friday & then 4 nights starting Monday, or vsa versa.

Bookings & Cancellations
When Booking, we will ask you for and record your credit or debit card details and hold them as security for your booking.  
 
In the event of cancellation we will not make any charges, provided a full 7 days notice is given. 
 
For cancellations notified between 2 & 6 days before the 1st booked day- we will charge £20 per room for each night booked. 
 
When bookings are cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand - The full price of the booking will be charged.
 
Full payment is required on arrival either by Card or Cash only.   We do not accept cheques.
 
We do not offer account facilities, but can accept prepayment by BACS bank transer.
