Bookings & Cancellations
We can offer single occupancy rates for the twin, double or premier rooms - Please ask for Rates. When Booking, we will ask for and record your credit or debit card details and hold them as security for your booking. In the event of cancellation we will not make any charges, provided a full 7 days notice is given. For cancellations notified between 2 & 6 days before the 1st booked day- we will charge £20 per room for each night booked. When bookings are cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand - The full price of the booking will be charged. Full payment is required on arrival either by Card or Cash only. When payment is by uk Debit cards or cash no surcharge is payable. If payment is made by UK credit card we make a small charge of 3% to offset the cost of this service. For payment by Non UK cards we have to charge 4% due to the higher costs introduced by the UK clearing banks.
